Well after reading the first book, I was not sure how he could top that. However, this book was just as good if not better. It was well written, entertaining, and once again the plot kept you on the end of your seat wanting more. Well Written & Job Well Done........Mr. Richardson
I read a lot of reviews on The Corner and all the reviews were 3stars or higher so I decided to buy the first book.Very pleased with the series so far I like how all the story lines of the characters connect in some way.I just finished the corner 2 and I'm gonna get the corner 3 right now.If you like urban stories you'll love this series.
The story just go on and on it gets pretty boring an it's hard to keep focus at times. The ending wasn't what I was hoping for maybe I'll try part three hopefully it gets better.
Mr. Richardson has done it again. Part 2 left me wanting more. There was so much plotting between the characters that I had to finish this book in one day. I couldn't wait to find out who was doing what and hated that I read the book so fast as now I had to wait for Part 3 to become available. Don't sleep on this series, it only gets better with each book.
I'm sooooo gone off the The Corner!!!! Love, love, love it! But I was a fan of the HBO Corner & Wire Series, and this is what this reminds me of. The characters are real, and if you've ever experience a corner you'd swear you knew one them!!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK. Reading 3 now, and about to purchase 4 just to have on deck!
ALEX YOU HAVE DONE IT AGAIN. SO MUCH HAS WENT ON THIS STORY AND LATANZA IS A SNAKE KNOWING SHE HAS CAUSED ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE STREETS BUT DON'T KNOW BODY KNOW SHE'S BEHIND THE KILLING ON CARLOS FATHER.SLIM HAS COME BACK IN THE PICTURE BUT I JUST WONDER HOW IT WILL ALL TURN OUT I GUESS I WON'T KNOW UNTIL I READ THE CORNER 3 ALEX KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I WILL BE READING MORE OF YOUR BOOKS.
A few new characters that are just as good as the old ones...the story falls right into place where the first book left off...I loved that.I thought I was on the edge of my seat in book 1 but this one had me nearly fall off my seat.
Mr. Richardson has a way of telling a story that makes you feel like you are right there on the scene...another well written and fast paced story that will keep your interest from beginning to end.
Jaw droppin' secrets...life changing lies...along with loyalty,disloyalty,murder,love lust and sometimes just plain old stupidity made this a one sitting read for me.
I was left hanging but that's OK...I know the next part will be fiyah!
